Mike Greig has more than 30 years of leadership experience in a wide range of business roles, including strategic and product marketing, engineering, product management, business development, account sales, strategic planning, and product and loss (P&L) management. This breadth of experience was gained while working in highly-competitive technology firms, including Honeywell, Memory-Tech International, Advanced Micro Devices, and most recently in several early stage startups. Mike’s latest role was Vice President of Product and Operations for Nuve, Inc., a technology startup focused on the burgeoning Internet of things market.
Mike received a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. He also holds the designation of Master Team Skills Facilitator. Active in his community, Mike lives in Austin with his wife and two children.
Donald Lane, Pharm.D.
Dr. Donald Lane has 20 years of experience working in a pharmacy setting, and has been a pharmacist for more than 12 years. He has worked in a variety of settings, including retail, hospital, long-term care, specialty, and state government. His most recent accomplishment was implementing pharmacy services from concept through launch for Rock Springs behavioral hospital in Georgetown, Texas, where he served as Director of Pharmacy. Donnie’s experience also includes more than five years of service in state government with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, where he received multiple promotions and accolades, and served as the Clinical Pharmacist for Austin State Supported Living Center.
He completed his Pre-Pharmacy coursework at University of Arkansas, and earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy. In his spare time, Donnie enjoys traveling, writing poetry, and spending time with family.
Lee Sington Leleux, MHA, RN
Lee Leleux currently serves as Disease Management Solutions Specialist in the healthcare industry. She brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience from previous roles as a Cardiovascular Medical Device Representative, Medical Legal Nurse Analyst, and Cardiac Intensive Care and Emergency Room Nurse. She has served on various leadership and advisory committees for healthcare strategic planning, as well as training and education programs.
Lee received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville, Alabama, and most recently, her Master of Health Administration (MHA) from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has three grown children and currently resides in Jacksonville, FL.
Bruce McAnally, R.Ph.
Bruce McAnally has served as a Director of Paragon HealthCare, Inc. since its formation, and currently serves the company as Chief of Information Technology. Bruce also owns and operates a chain of retail pharmacies in North Texas that he began in 1980, and for which he currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. From 1992 through 1998, Bruce served on the board of directors of Legends Pharmacies Southwest, and during this period, he also served a term as Interim Executive Director. He has served two terms as Secretary/Treasurer of the Texas Pharmacy Association, and has also served as the former Chair of the Texas Academy of Independent Pharmacies. Currently Bruce serves on the board of directors of Premier Bancshares, Inc., a Texas bank holding company, and is Chairman of its subsidiary, Synergy Bank.
A native of Bonham, Texas, Bruce was a 1977 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University School of Pharmacy. He currently lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Tina, and they have three grown children and three grandchildren, who also all reside in Austin.
Donna B. Weaver M.D.
Dr. Donna Weaver is a board certified family physician with 25 years of experience in clinical medicine. She currently sees patients at the CareHere clinic in Galveston, Texas, and has a clinical appointment at the University of Texas Medical Branch in the department of Family Medicine. For more than 14 years, she has been teaching medical students and residents, serving as course director for Primary Care in Developing Countries, and the Practice of Medicine courses. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Donna served as a member of the Center for Training in International Health, and was awarded a President’s Cabinet grant to develop a medical Spanish and culture tract at the University of Texas Medical Branch.
Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hampshire College, Amherst, Massachusetts, and received her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from The Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She’s married, has three children, three dogs and a cat, and loves to travel, sail, and bicycle.
